Apple Music playback will not start
Confirm that your Apple Music subscription is active, Onda has Media & Apple Music access in iOS Settings, and the iPhone has a working internet connection. Open Apple Music and try playing a song there, then return to Onda. Restart Onda if playback is still unavailable.
Apple Music Library import returns no songs
Confirm that Onda has Media & Apple Music access and that songs have been added to your Apple Music Library. Only eligible library items can be imported. Importing them into Onda does not change your Apple Music Library.
Onda iCloud Sync
Check that you are signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Onda iCloud Sync is enabled in Onda’s settings. Keep Onda open briefly on each device while changes sync. Local-only use remains available when sync is off.
Apple Health mood writes
Onda writes only eligible moods you explicitly select and only after separate authorization. Check Onda’s write permission in Apple Health or iOS Settings. Onda does not read Apple Health data. You can review and delete written entries in Apple Health.
Deleting Onda data
Use Onda’s data controls to delete your Onda Library, learned recommendation preferences, listening history, and Emotional Index data. If Onda iCloud Sync is enabled, keep connected devices online long enough to receive the deletion. Apple Health entries must be managed separately in Apple Health.
Sharing playback diagnostics
If playback problems continue, use Onda’s diagnostics sharing control when requested by support. Review the share sheet before sending. Diagnostics are intended to describe playback reliability and app behavior, not the contents excluded from analytics.
